AOTECH has received funding for the development of control software for a chemical bath monitoring system, thanks to the European call PIMAP 4 Sustainability, Green Transition.
Project Summary
The main objective is to develop control software for one of the solutions we are currently developing, which consists of designing a system to monitor the status of chemical baths in real-time. This solution aims to increase production efficiency by ensuring the correct condition of the chemical baths, thereby reducing the raw materials used and the number of parts manufactured with defects. At the same time, the service life of the baths is extended, thus reducing waste.
This system will allow more efficient and sustainable production for all those SMEs that implement it in their chrome plating process, thus, facilitating and promoting their green transition.
The solution consists of hardware that is being developed and control software. It is precisely this control software for which we have received the voucher. This software will be designed for the configuration and control of the equipment, as well as to apply the predictive model based on machine-learning. In addition, it will provide real-time reports on the status of the baths, enabling quick decisions and actions to be taken.
We rely on the services offered by our IT partner Marcel Mascaró Miralles, to develop the control software.
