AOTECH emerges as a spin-off of the Applied Photonics group of the University of the Basque Country.
Our purpose is to apply optical solutions to all kinds of industrial processes.
Our main product is a solution composed of an IoT platform connected to NIR optical sensors that allows real-time analysis of the composition of different fluids and solids, mainly for the food sector, but also for other industries, e.g., we are developing a solution that allows real-time monitoring of the state of chemical baths for surface treatments.
Furthermore, we have developed a system based on optical sensors for monitoring turbines and compressors based on the measurement of tip timing (TT) and tip clearance (TC).
Our systems, based on optical sensors, will offer solutions to different markets:
Food / Pharma
We are located in Bilbao, from where we have established contacts with all types of national and international companies.
We actively participate in numerous events such as congresses, workshops, ... both nationally and internationally.
