AOTECH AMONG THE 5 WINNING STARTUPS OF THE 3RD EDITION OF THE ‘STARTUP THE FUTURE’ PROGRAMME ORGANISED BY GALP.
The 3rd edition of Startup The Future, organised by Galp, awarded five startups out of 195 applications worldwide. The winning startups presented innovative solutions that stood out for driving the energy transition.
AOTECH, the winner of the challenge ‘AI & Blockchain for Enhanced Fuels Value Chain’ presented an innovative solution based on its AONIR sensors to monitor different processes in the production of SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) in real-time.
Galp presented four more challenges that they believe will be crucial to reshaping the energy landscape. The winning startups in these challenges were HyWatts, Volateq, Energiency, and Liquidstar.
The five winning companies participated in the Lisbon Web Summit by presenting their innovative solutions in different sessions of the event.
As a next milestone, all of them hope to be able to carry out a project fully funded by GALP, which will undoubtedly be a great boost to their businesses and will open doors to access new markets.
