Our optical sensors for the Food Industry continue to achieve success.
AONIR, our platform based on NIR spectroscopy for the in-line and real-time monitoring of the entire production process, continues arousing great interest and therefore we have been finalists in the 32nd Edition of the Toribio Echevarria Awards, held in Eibar on 20 July 2022.
During the awards ceremony, our colleague Vanessa García, presented as a finalist the project that we are carrying out at AOTECH, with the aim of achieving a more efficient and sustainable food production. To this end, we have developed the AONIR platform, which will allow in-line and real-time characterisation of food production, by means of non-destructive measurements, from the entry of raw materials to the final product. With our platform, we want to provide food industries with a cost-effective tool that allows global control of the production process through advanced instrumentation.
