AOTECH has received funding to carry out trade mark registration at the European level, thanks to the European call PIMAP 4 Sustainability, Internationalisation.
Project Summary: The main objective is to extend the registration of our AOTECH brand at the European level.
Protecting a company’s brand before entering new markets is essential, as this protection grants exclusive rights over distinctive signs and distinguishes them from others.
At AOTECH we are designing a strategic internationalisation plan to introduce our products, in a safe and orderly manner, into the European market. As part of this plan, we have applied for the service of registering our trademark in one class in the European market.
We rely on the services offered by Clarke Modet for the application for trademark registration.
